- Consultations with developers of multi family, retail and office property with special emphasis on cash flow models, highest and best use, feasibility, and market timing.

- Consultation with financial institutions regarding appraisal management and quality control supervision; assisted in preparing appraisal review policies, procedures and formats.

REAL PROPERTY TAX CONSULTING
The extensive database maintained allows the opportunity to successfully handle tax appeals in many counties in South Carolina. Appeals can be filed based upon market value issues or equitable assessment.
